suicide in balcony seats...energy from suicide seat felt. Weird evil feeling in downstairs lobby at night, old manager died in office (now gone) Disney cannot get rid of sighting of ghost of manager...so they walled off window where ghost was seen from the street, above entry way doors. Projectionist died...ghost seen.
