St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church — Haunted Place in Simi Valley, California

It is supposedly haunted by a man that was murdered there and also by a woman. Perfume can be smelled in parts of the Inn (which is now a museum Open to the public) and people have reported seeing "a tall stranger" in the corner of their eyes, but turn around to see no one.
