Oak Ave haunting

Oak Ave In Torrington is haunted by a little girl whom was killed in the late 1950's in a semi wooded area about a mile from route 8- highway, she is said to walk the street holding a dog collar wearing a long white shredded dress.

Locals have reported seeing her on fogy nights on a fool moon, she is said to wander this area "crying" she is best seen in early winter season. Locals have reportedly tried to approach her and she is said to vanish in to the fogy night.
