Blue Moon Restaurant

Footsteps heard coming from the kitchen area to the end of the hall by the restroom. The footsteps were heard nightly between 11-12 pm. Also, apparitions of a tall gentlemen (about 6 ft) wearing a long black cape. No facial characteristics were noticed since light was coming from behind the apparition. This restaurant is located about 5 miles north of Cosmos, MN on HWY 4.
