City Hall — Haunted Place in Warren, Ohio

It has been reported several times in the local newspaper that Warren's City Hall building is haunted. A cleaning lady with in the last two years ran from the building after seeing a figure walking inside while she was cleaning. There have been several reports with in the past few years of sightings with this figure.
