Court House

On a trial day, a couple were getting a divorce. The man was sitting behind her in the court, and grabbed her head, then slit her throat, killing her in the courtroom. It happened in 1982. Later, workers were working on the place. Some refused to go back and work because they kept seeing a lady in a red dress. At night she walks around, and has been seen several times.
