Behind the Grundy Memorial Library in the Delaware River

The ghost is reported to be the ex-king of Spain looking for his long lost girl that is missing. People have seen this ghost on a rowboat with a lantern in his hand calling out to his long lost girl.

In 1960 before the Grundy Memorial Library was built. There was a house, which lived a women who said that she has been seeing a strange figure on a rowboat row by here house calling out to some strange name.
