Commerce - Hubbel Hall - The male residence hall Hubbell Hall at is haunted on the third floor. An older ghostly woman has been seen numerous times in the northwest lobby of the third floor. The ghost is believed to be Julia B.

Hubbell the woman the dorm is named after. Hubbell Hall was once a female dormitory when it was East Texas State College. - March 2008 Update. Hubbel Hall has been torn down.
