Beta Theta Pi Fraternity House - Many accounts have been reported of ghost sightings in lodge since it has been built recently.

Pledges report that during pledge-ship, there were many sightings of male ghosts watching them through the windows and have been reported to haunt certain date parties whispering to the girl dates that their date is gay. One certain pledge said that a 5th year senior alumni has had strange behaviors towards the pledges and has been seen at night wandering the lodge talking to shadowy male figures.
