a man was building a nursing home for his sick mother and before it was finished she passed away.

He sold it to aspen and it is now a boarding school. the girls have reported strange occurrences including a little boy running up and down the hallways turning lights on and off, a pregnant woman seen in the dorms and strange occurrences with the air-conditioning....some reports of possession have also arisen.
