A single sheet hangs in a room window facing the interstate. Authorities thought it necessary to place it there because of repeated sightings of a young girl reliving her death (caused by hanging) every night.

Many people have born witness to this disturbing occurrence. There is no power and lights will be on at night, a rocker that will be rocking, howling noises, strange floating lights are all reported.
